Begin with the Diamond and the Purchase Terms
The payment method is one part of the transaction. Start by reviewing the proposed diamond, its laboratory report, purchase price and the costs associated with ownership. An agreement should identify the asset, explain the applicable payment terms and set out the custody or delivery arrangements. Paying with USDT does not change the need for due diligence or make the diamond a tokenised investment.

What to Confirm Before Sending USDT
The diamond being purchased and its supporting documentation. • Your eligibility and the identity information required for the transaction. • The USDT network NAM supports for your purchase. • The payment destination and verification instructions provided directly by NAM. • The quoted amount, quote validity and applicable charges. • Settlement confirmation, ownership documentation and custody or delivery terms. Do not transfer funds until NAM has confirmed the instructions for your specific purchase. A network used for another transaction should not be assumed to be supported here.
Ownership Beyond the Payment
Following settlement, ownership and possession are governed by the purchase agreement. Available custody, insurance and delivery arrangements should be selected and documented as part of the transaction. Future resale is separate from the payment used at acquisition. Buyers, market conditions, costs and contractual arrangements will affect the timing and amount received.
